<p><em>This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of animated video based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to improve the conceptual understanding of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Una-Una, Tojo Una-Una Regency, Central Sulawesi. The research employed the Research and Development (R&amp;D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the Development stage. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and concept understanding tests. The expert validation results showed an average score of 88.75% categorized as 'highly feasible.' Field trials indicated an improvement in students’ conceptual understanding after using the PBL-based animated video. Thus, this media is effective in supporting contextual IPAS learning in line with the Merdeka Curriculum.</em></p>

<p>Layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan akademik dan sosial-emosional peserta didik, namun kualitasnya sangat bergantung pada kinerja profesional guru BK dan efektivitas supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hasil supervisi bimbingan dan konseling sebagai penunjang kinerja guru BK di sekolah menengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif terhadap guru BK pada 16 SMA dan SMK di Kota Gorontalo. Data dikumpulkan melalui supervisi langsung menggunakan instrumen supervisi BK yang mencakup aspek persiapan program, penyusunan program, pelaksanaan layanan, dan dukungan sistem, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan antara kepatuhan administratif dan kualitas implementasi layanan, dokumentasi, serta pengembangan profesional. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa supervisi BK masih berorientasi administratif dan perlu diarahkan pada pembinaan profesional yang lebih komprehensif</p>
