The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the Development stage. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and concept understanding tests. The expert validation results showed an average score of 88.75% categorized as 'highly feasible.' Field trials indicated an improvement in students’ conceptual understanding after using the PBL-based animated video. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hasil supervisi bimbingan dan konseling sebagai penunjang kinerja guru BK di sekolah menengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif terhadap guru BK pada 16 SMA dan SMK di Kota Gorontalo. Data dikumpulkan melalui supervisi langsung menggunakan instrumen supervisi BK yang mencakup aspek persiapan program, penyusunan program, pelaksanaan layanan, dan dukungan sistem, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan antara kepatuhan administratif dan kualitas implementasi layanan, dokumentasi, serta pengembangan profesional.
